RULES AND POLICIES FOR HOSTING PETS IN THE HOTEL HISTORY


By checking in at the hotel reception, the pet owner must agree to the Pet policies and regulations, who You will be responsible for any damage or harm caused by your pet, and will absolve hotel employees of any responsibility if the pet is injured or injures any guest.

RULES AND POLICIES FOR HOSTING PETS IN THE HOTEL HISTORY


GENERAL PROVISIONS


  1. Pets must be controlled at all times by the guest
  2. Any damage or harm caused or attributable to the pet towards third parties, property of the Hotel and/or property will be the responsibility of the owner. who will have the obligation to cover the expenses or repair any resulting damages

  4. Pets must remain with their identification collar and leash at all times, except inside the room and should never be left unattended
  5. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, for this purpose facilities, areas and the necessary hygienic equipment will be provided if they are not available
  6. Guests are responsible for preventing their pet from disturbing the order or tranquility of other guests.


USE OF ROOMS


  1. Guests may accommodate their pets inside their room with a maximum of two pets per room (small) or one (medium to large)
  2. All pets must bring their own bed or special bedding or beds will be provided for pets if they do not bring their own
  3. It is prohibited for pets to sleep on the room furniture
  4. If the guest leaves their pet alone in the room, it must remain inside its closed carrier cage for a period of no more than two hours. prior notice at the hotel reception
  5. The guest is responsible for any damage that the pet causes to the operating equipment, facilities or bedding in the room
